This includes Brady Family Irish Angus Cured Beef, 7 Day Dry Aged Ham and Delicatessen Carved Ham. The perfect accompaniment to any picnic, cheese board, grazing board or extra special meal.
Our Carvery Range is made from Bord Bia approved prime pork topside. The ham is crafted using our traditional method of curing for 3 days before slow cooking in a steam oven. This process allows time for the ham to mature and develop its distinctive flavour. It is then dressed by hand and carved by our expert butchers.
Our Family Pack Range is made from Bord Bia approved prime pork topside and contains 10 or more slices of our traditional Brady Family Ham. It is the perfect pack size for busy families.
Our Just Add Range is made from Bord Bia approved pork silverside & knuckle. The range offers convenience and quality, making it the perfect ingredient for a variety of different meals including salads, omelettes, and pasta dishes – or simply as a snack on the go!
Our Premium Deli Ham is crafted with care using the same traditional method used by Ozzie & Mary Brady since 1978. It contains no added water and is made from one single pork leg. Our Premium Deli Ham is succulent, full of flavour, and can only be described as Real Irish Ham. It is available at leading delicatessen counters in retailers throughout the country.
Our Delicatessen Range is made from the finest Bord Bia Approved pork topside and silverside. It is crafted using our traditional method of slow curing and cooking before being expertly finished by hand. This range offers delicious delicatessen-quality ham readily carved for you to simply grab-and-go. Available in all major retailers nationwide.
