Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. We then steam cook the ham slowly before expertly finishing each ham by hand. So you are always left with the highest quality traditional Irish ham. A tradition produced with passion here in Timahoe, Co. Kildare.
Serving Suggestion: Brady Family Traditional Ham Omelette
Add spring onion to a medium heat pan, cook for 1 minute then add egg mixture to the pan. Once set add Brady Family Traditional Ham and red pepper, season to serve.
