Produced to an old butcher’s recipe, and using traditional ingredients, Brady Family are highly regarded for their Baked Deli Ham. We use only Bord Bia approved 100% Irish pork leg to guarantee the best quality and flavour.
Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. We then steam cook the ham slowly before expertly finishing each ham by hand. Finally, the ham is oven baked to really bring out the flavours. So you are always guaranteed the highest quality traditional Irish ham. A tradition produced with passion here in Timahoe, Co. Serving Suggestion: Brady Family Traditional Ham Omelette
Add spring onion to a medium heat pan, cook for 1 minute then add egg mixture to the pan, once set add Brady Family Traditional Ham and red pepper, season to serve.
