Serving Suggestion: Brady Family Hand Crumbed Ham Cheese Toastie
Gather 2-3 slices of Brady Family Crumbed Ham, 2 teaspoons of mustard, grated white/red cheddar cheese, 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of red onions, salt and pepper. Cover with pre-toasted thick slices of crusty bread and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with crisps and a small salad.

Add chopped spring onion, peas and courgette to a bowl. Slice up your Brady Family Traditional ham and add it to the bowl, then crumble in some feta. Add pre whisked eggs, tip into the dish and cook for 30 minutes.

Thickly Cut, Cooked & Hand Crumbed Real Irish Ham from one single pork muscle, thickly sliced for extra bite. Made From Cured Irish Pork.

Serving Suggestion: Baked Potatoes with Ham & Cheese
Wrap washed and dried brushed potatoes in foil and place on a tray. Bake at 200 C (180 C fan forced) for 1 hour. Then cut a small slice off the top of each and scoop out the flesh and place in a bowl with Brady Family Thicker Cut Hand Crumbed Ham, sour cream and cheese. Mix to combine. Spoon back into potatoes, return to oven for 20 min. Serve with salad and crusty bread. Garnish with sliced spring/green onions.
