Gather 2-3 slices of Brady Family Crumbed ham, 2 teaspoons of mustard, grated white/red cheddar cheese, 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of red onions, salt and pepper. Cover with pre-toasted thick slices of crusty bread and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with crisps and a small salad.

Produced to an old butcher’s recipe, and using traditional ingredients, this Turf Smoked Ham brings the flavours of the land to your table. It is cooked on the bone for 8-12 hours, glazed by hand, and oven-baked.
