Brady Family 7 Day Dry Aged Glazed Ham
Cured using our unique recipe before slowly dry ageing over 7 days in our temperature controlled ageing chamber, to help concentrate the flavour. The ham is then carefully baked by our very own Master Butcher, Pat Creighton, before being hand glazed with a wild garlic and pink peppercorn glaze. This adds a lightly sweetened yet earthy flavour.
