Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. We then steam cook the ham slowly before expertly finishing each ham by hand. Spray a muffin tray with oil. Add 6 eggs to a bowl and whisk, then add Brady Family Just Add Glazed Ham chunks alongside spinach and cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 C and enjoy!
