Our Christmas range is available to order until the 15th of December at noon. Deliveries will be made from the 18th to the 23rd of December. We regret that we cannot cater to requests for specific delivery dates and times. For more information please visit our FAQ section.
Carvery
Our Carvery Range is made from Bord Bia approved prime pork topside. The ham is crafted using our traditional method of curing for 3 days before slow cooking in a steam oven. This process allows time for the ham to mature and develop its distinctive flavour. It is then dressed by hand and carved by our expert butchers.
