Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. We then steam cook the ham slowly before expertly finishing each ham by hand. Serving Suggestion: Brady Family Traditional Ham Frittata
Add chopped spring onion, peas and courgette to a bowl. Slice up your Brady Family Traditional ham and add it to the bowl, then crumble in some feta. Add pre whisked eggs, tip into the dish and cook for 30 minutes.

Gather 2-3 slices of Brady Family Crumbed Ham, 2 teaspoons of mustard, grated white/red cheddar cheese, 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of red onions, salt and pepper. Cover with pre-toasted thick slices of crusty bread and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with crisps and a small salad.
