Produced to an old butcher’s recipe, and using traditional ingredients, this Turf Smoked Ham brings the flavours of the land to your table. We use only Bord Bia approved 100% Irish pork leg and smoke the ham over Irish turf. Our 3 day curing method allows the ham to slowly mature, giving it a more delicate and distinctive flavour. It is cooked on the bone for 8-12 hours, glazed by hand, and oven-baked.
