Cook Time: 15 minutes
- 3 packs of Brady Family Just Add Traditional Shredded Ham
- Knob of butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled & diced
- 1L stock (preferably ham or pork)
- 500g frozen petits pois
- Heat a knob of butter in a saucepan and when lightly foaming gently fry the chopped onion until softened, but not coloured.
- Tip in diced potato and stir to coat in butter, then pour over stock. Simmer until potato has softened.
- Add frozen petits pois and bring back to the boil then gently simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from the heat and blend until smooth.
- Stir in Brady Family Just Add Shredded Ham, serve and enjoy.
