4 large brushed potatoes, washed and dried
2 – 3 pinches of Brady Family Smokey Bacon Torn Ham
2 scoops of sour cream
Salad and crusty bread to serve
1. Wrap washed and dried brushed potatoes in foil and place on a tray.
Bake at 200°C (180°C fan forced) for 1 hour.
2. Cut a small slice off the top of each. Scoop out the flesh and place in a bowl with
Brady Family Smokey Bacon Torn Ham, sour cream and cheese.
3. Mix to combine. Spoon back into potatoes, return to oven for 20 min. Serve with
salad and crusty bread.
4. Garnish with sliced spring/green onions.
