    Give the chef a break this Christmas by ordering a Brady Family pre-cooked Christmas Ham! Our NEW glazed Silverside 3.3kg Ham on the bone. Simply reheat in the oven and enjoy a hassle-free Christmas dinner. We use only Bord Bia approved 100% Irish pork leg to guarantee the best quality and flavour. Our 3.3kg ham is big enough to feed a medium to large family gathering.

    Brady Family Turkey Half Crown 1.8kg
    Expertly sourced from Bord Bia approved farms this Irish Turkey will be hero of your Christmas dinner. It is crafted using only the finest Irish Turkey breast that has been deboned and slowly brined to enhance its natural flavour, before being gently steam cooked to retain the moist and tender texture. This succulent joint is precooked and ready to serve, and can be simply reheated in the oven if desired, saving you valuable time this Christmas.

    WHOLE HAM

    Fan Oven 170°C:

    • Pre-heat oven to 170°C Fan and remove all packaging
    • Place ham on a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm water in the base.
    • Cover over the roasting tray loosely with tin foil.
    • Gently steam cook your ham, allowing 1 hour for each kg of weight. Top up the water in the roasting tray if necessary during cooking.

    HAM SLICES

    Air Fryer 180°C:

    These instructions are based on 1 slice.

    • Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C, remove all packaging and carve your ham into slices.
    • Wrap the sliced ham in tin foil and place into the air fryer basket.
    • Place in air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, turning the slice over halfway through cooking.

    Microwave 800W:

    These instructions are based on 2 slices.

    • Remove all packaging and carve your ham into slices.
    • Place the sliced ham in a single layer onto a microwaveable plate and pour over 2tbsp of water.
    • Cover with a microwaveable lid and cook for 6 minutes.

    Fan Oven 180°C:

    These instructions are based on 3 slices

    • Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan, remove all packaging and carve your ham into slices
    • Evenly spread the sliced ham over a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm of water in the
      base.
    • Cover over the roasting tray with tin foil.
    • Gently steam cook your sliced ham for 25-30 minutes


    WHOLE TURKEY

    Fan Oven 170°C - Whole turkey:

    • Pre-heat oven to 170°C Fan and remove all packaging.
    • Place turkey on a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm water in the base.
    • Cover over the roasting tray loosely with tin foil.
    • Gently steam cook your ham, allowing 1 hour for each kg of weight, with an additional 20 minutes cooking time. Top up the water in the roasting tray if necessary during cooking.

    TURKEY SLICES

    Air Fryer 180°C:

    These instructions are based on 1 slice.

    • Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C, remove all packaging and carve your turkey into slices.
    • Wrap 1 slice of turkey in tin foil and place into the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 20 minutes, turning the slice over halfway through cooking.

    Microwave 800W:

    These instructions are based on 2 slices.

    • Remove all packaging and carve your turkey into slices.
    • Place the sliced turkey in a single layer onto a microwaveable plate, pour over 2 tbsp of water and cover with a microwaveable lid.
    • Cook for 6 minutes 30 seconds, turning halfway through cooking.

    Fan Oven 180°C - Slices:

    These instructions are based on 3 slices.

    • Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan, remove all packaging and carve your turkey into slices
    • Evenly spread the sliced turkey over a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm of water in the base.
    • Cover over the roasting tray with tin foil.
    • Gently steam cook your sliced ham for 30–35 minutes.
