
Baked Potatoes with Ham & Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large brushed potatoes, washed and dried
- 2 – 3 pinches of Brady Family Smokey Bacon Torn Ham
2 scoops of sour cream
Grated cheese - Salad and crusty bread to serve
METHOD:
- Wrap washed and dried brushed potatoes in foil and place on a tray.
Bake at 200°C (180°C fan forced) for 1 hour. - Cut a small slice off the top of each. Scoop out the flesh and place in a bowl with
Brady Family Smokey Bacon Torn Ham, sour cream and cheese. - Mix to combine. Spoon back into potatoes, return to oven for 20 min. Serve with
salad and crusty bread. - Garnish with sliced spring/green onions.
